In a busy kitchen or cellar, cold storage is not optional. Restaurants, pubs and hotels rely on their cold rooms every hour they are open, and a failure in the middle of service can mean lost stock, a closed kitchen and unhappy customers. Since 1998 Jackson Coldroom Services has installed, refitted and repaired cold rooms for hospitality businesses across London, Essex and the South East.

Planned Around Your Service
We know you cannot close for a week while your cold room is worked on. We plan jobs around your opening hours, starting early or working weekends where needed. On one pub chiller refurbishment in west London we fitted a new floor and shelving in a single early start, and the pub opened as normal that evening. See that project.

Can you work around our opening hours?
Yes. We plan installs and refits around your service. On one pub chiller refurbishment we started early and finished in time for the pub to open that evening.
Do you fit out restaurant groups?
Yes. Baboush, a group of five restaurants in Essex, has had all of its restaurants fitted out by us over the years.
Can you replace just the refrigeration unit?
Yes. If the cold room itself is sound, we can fit a replacement monoblock refrigeration unit, as we did for the Hair & Hounds pub in Woking.
